Has anyone who uses the forum ever bought an airplane on eBay? The length of the auctions are rarely more than 7 days, maybe 9 days at the most. How does one manage an inspection of any kind and then have time to bid? Do people buy these without an inspection and then not pay if defects are found? Just curious to know if eBay is a respectable venue for buying an airplane.
