Are you a member of AOPA? For what it's worth, VRef calculates
a price of $32,884.52 If it really needs paint, you could deduct $4,000. This past spring I looked at a couple of 152's located here in central Ohio. The 30K seems to be in line with what they were asking... now would they have gotten that much, who knows. Good luck in your search!
