I think it is a mistake on someone's part.
But just so you know there are alot of 150's/ 152's that have had their nose gear folded uo due to students bad / hard landings.
As long as the repairs are done properly there should be no problems. I would not discount them from my search if I was looking to buy.

As for N4411. Bruce should get right on this and get that SDR straightened out.
