Yeah, that is my plane. Its in great shape. Its well maintained, but the paint isn't pretty. It doesn't have any corrosion problems and runs like a champ. I still like it a lot and it should not need any work. You're kind of far from me, but I'd be willing to deliver it and split the cost (always looking for an excuse to go to Florida). Even though I know its a good plane, I would not expect anyone to buy it without it getting a thorough look over by an independant mechanic. The engine had a Lycoming factory overhaul in 2002.
