I have a customer who is in need of a McCauley D30256 Hub. Or new (?) p/n 201-30256-1. This is on a 1976 Cessna 172M. One of his hubs has a small chunk missing. Kind of looks like it has been missing for a couple of years. This is my first year going the Annual. I will call the salvage yards tomorrow. Just thought that MAYBE someone here might have one or know of someone who would have this part.

Thanks.

BTW, I have already checked eBay, no joy...

Try Kent Orr from kearny Nebraska, he is on the Cessna150/152 lounge facebook page. I know he is parting out a 1975 172.

I have Cessna part number C163002-0101 three piece McCauley wheels. Don't know if the flanges cross references to what you need.

Well, let me know when you need other parts. I now have three donor fuselages, a complete airframe, and other stuff I've hoarded.

The 310 remains grounded until I can make space in the hangar to bring it inside to start drilling apart the nose for a bulkhead crack repair. Noto's former 150 may be getting paint on it finally but it has been ten years since I started the process by stripping the paint. Lord only knows when I'll get to the taildragger, although I'm committed to getting the wings painted as long as I have a paint booth going.

I'm not sure whether this is heaven or that I've descended into Cessna hell. All these airplanes and none of them able to fly.
