I just found out about a 150 that has been sitting in a hangar and not flown for more than 10 years. I'm going to look at it and decide on Saturday. I'm most interested in the ski's that it has. (I've been looking for a nose ski) The plane would need to sell for a pretty reasonable price to make me want to have 2 of them.

What I know...

It's got a 150hp lyc and we all know sitting is about the worst thing that can happen to those cams. Any practical way to peak inside and see? The ad says 2000TT no mention of logs at all and it's not clear if that means aircraft or engine. No NTSB report was found on the web. What's a plane worth with no logs and a 10+ year vacation from flying. Just give me a range, I realize there are way too many variables to be really close on a number. I'm going to look it over well, and bring a check just in case he really wants to sell it. I saw a picture and it looks ok, but they all do from 30 feet away. My A&P is invited along.

I'd welcome all your opinions on value. As is, where is. I don't know anymore than you do at this point so just give it your best shot. I'll let you all know how it turns out.
